We left early on Friday and drove to Batangus to catch the big banca boat to Puerto Galera at 5. We settled in and enjoyed a beautiful sunset as we rode across the bay.
We checked into our suite at Club Mabuhay and went next door for a great dinner at El Galleon.
Kenny, Katie, and Allison enjoying an evening on Sabang BeachSaturday-We tried to watch the Gators, but they weren't broadcasting it so we "watched" yahoosports online to keep up with their big win over George Mason. Go Gators! Terry and Katie went off for a morning dive while Allison and Kenny prepared for their first introductory dive. By the time Katie and Terry returned Allison and Kenny were in the pool learning the basics.
Then they were ready for the big water
They both had a great experience and want to get their certification.
Terry and Katie did another afternoon dive while I sat at the pool and read my book.
We really enjoyed the Mabuhay Suite!
The current was really strong so we all hung on to the boat rails as the driver took us across the reef to snorkel. That was great! Whenever we let go of the boat we either really had to swim or we drifted quickly away. Great day to see lots of fish!

Sunday- This is the view from our balcony. After breakfast we had to check out because we were taking a small banca to the Coral Gardens for snorkeling.
