This is what we have been doing this summer in between the FUN trips!

All of this maintenance was to have been done over a year ago by a handyman in return for the privilege of having his daughter live here. Oh well, live and learn, when you are not here to check up on people, I guess this is what can happen.We had lots of help from Sean, Allison, and Kristine and now we are happy to report that we qualify for insurance and our renters have much nicer surroundings!
